About Kas

Coaching that goes

I'm Kas, a health and performance coach with over 10 years of experience working with people across health clinics, elite sport environments and corporate boardrooms. I've worked with a wide range of people, from those with complex health needs through to high-performing professionals and athletes.

What sets me apart is simple. I know how you feel because I've been there. After university I found myself struggling, physically and mentally. I had all the knowledge but none of the application. No systems, no real habits, and my health paid the price. At my heaviest I was 117kg. One day I decided to hit the reset button, and over the following years I went from that point to feeling completely in control of my health and, more importantly, my mind.

I know what it feels like to be stuck. And I know exactly how to help people transform without resorting to the extreme methods we see all over the internet. If you want a coach who is evidence-based but also genuinely understands what you are going through, I'm your guy.

Not at all. This is fully online coaching. I work with clients across the world. All you need is access to a gym (or I design a home programme) and the commitment to show up.
I build your programme around your schedule. Most clients train 3 to 5 times per week. The weekly check-in takes around 5 minutes.
Absolutely. I work with everyone from complete beginners to experienced athletes. The programme is built specifically for where you are and where you're going, never a generic template.
